- What is your Return Policy?
- There will be 100% refund on if all the pacakges in a case are unopened and are returned within 30 days of purchase.
- There will be no restocking fee and your account will be credited within 10 business days.
- The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to Discreet Adult Care.
- Due to Health Regulations we are unable to accept opened or used items.
- What type of Payments do you Accept?
- We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICIAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and Pay Pal
- We will also accept prepaid orders by money order or cashier's check only.
- What are the Shipping Cost?
- The shipping cost is included in all our Prices when shipped in the Continental United States.
- The customer will be charged for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.
- Will I be charged sales tax?
- Only the customers who live in Pennsylvania will be charged a 6% sales tax to their purchase.
- How Does My Order Ship?
- All orders are shipped by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground in the continental United States.
- We do not ship outside the US at this time.
- We do not ship by US Mail and therefore cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- How Long does it take to Ship my Order?
- Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the size of your order and your location.
- It can be between 2 and 7 days
- What is the Packaging like?
- Most of our manufactured items are placed inside a blank cardboard box with the packing sticker visible and shipped to the customer but some of our items are shipped with manufacturer name and item content displayed on the box
- Can I Order over the Phone?
- Yes! We have a toll free number for over the phone ordering.
- Leave your name and phone number or E-mail on the voice mail and your call will be returned with in 12 hours.
What are Your Store Hours?

- There are no set store hours. If you leave a message on the voice mail or through an email, someome will respond to you within the same day reguardless if it is a Weekend or Holiday! If you order Monday thru Friday before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, your order will ship that day.
