• What is your Return Policy?
  • There will be 100% refund on all unopened and unused packages that are returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • There will be no restocking fee and your account will be credited within 10 business days.
  • The customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to Discreet Adult Care.
  • Due to Health Regulations we are unable to accept opened or used items.

• What type of Payments do you Accept?
  • We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICIAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and Pay Pal
  • We will also accept prepaid orders by money order or cashier's check only.

• What are the Shipping Cost?
  • The shipping cost is included in all our Prices when shipped in the Continental United States.
  • The customer will be charged for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

• Will I be charged sales tax?
  • Only the customers who live in Pennsylvania will be charged a 6% sales tax to their purchase.

• How Does My Order Ship?
  • All orders are shipped by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground in the continental United States.
  • We do not ship outside the US at this time.
  • We do not ship by US Mail and therefore cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

• How Long does it take to Ship my Order?
  • Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the size of your order and your location.
  • It can be between 2 and 7 days

• What is the Packaging like?
  • Most of our manufactured items are placed inside a blank cardboard box for discretion with the packing sticker visible and shipped to the customer but some of our items are shipped with manufacturer name and item content displayed on the box

• Can I Order over the Phone?
  • Yes! We have a toll free number for over the phone ordering.
  • Leave your name and phone number on the voice mail and someone will promptly return your call

• What are Your Store Hours?
  • There are no set store hours. If you leave a message on the voice mail or through an email, someome will respond to you within the same day reguardless if it is a Weekend or Holiday!
